Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing EasyVouch. We want to ensure a transparent experience regarding subscription payments.

1. Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment for monthly packages, provided that the total consumed profile unlocks is less than 10% of the plan’s quota.

2. Refund Processing

• To request a refund, email us at support@easyvouch.in with your invoice reference and organization ID.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment source.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further renewals will be invoiced.
