2. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete corporate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

3. Subscriptions & Quotas

• Subscription plans are billed in advance according to the monthly or annual cycle chosen.
• Plan quotas (such as profile unlocks and audits) do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Standard 18% GST will be added to the invoice for all plans.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse our discovery API. Automated crawler triggers must conform to the allocated limits in your pricing plan.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
